Zen Dharma & Tea Ceremony based around Thich Nhat Hanhs teachings.

1230pm - 130pm Restorative Tantra (2 places available)
Wednesday's 10am - 11am
Tantra all levels (FULLY BOOKED)
Thursday's 1pm - 2pm Restorative Tantra (2 places avaialble)
